Hello! My name is Erik Petrovich, and I look forward to the opportunity of meeting you, if we haven’t already met!

I was born and raised locally in Grand Rapids, MI. After having lived in Florida for many years as a teacher and coach, my wife and I felt the call to return to the state I love. West Michigan is a great place to live! We recently purchased a home with some acreage that we hope to turn into a hobby farm for our four and soon to be five boys to enjoy. 

Having bought, renovated, and sold many homes, some our primary residence, some not, I finally decided it was time to take the knowledge and experience I gained from those sales and become a licensed real estate agent myself. I love being able to translate that knowledge in a way that serves both buyers and sellers. There are many lessons about real estate that I’ve learned the hard way, and it brings me great joy to help my clients avoid those unnecessary pitfalls. I also find fulfillment in providing insight on how clients can add value to a property through renovations. More than anything, I want the best possible outcome for my clients, even if that means walking away from a sale. I am here to serve you!

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my wife and boys, traveling (both abroad and domestically), reading, and playing pickup basketball and softball.
